Yesterday in Berlin, I had the incredible honor of winning the German Songwriting Award in the Music for Motion Picture category with my song Nocturnal Embrace.

You can listen to Nocturnal Embrace here:
But that’s not all—my friend and Dolby Atmos mixing engineer Eric Horstmann also won Best Dolby Atmos Mix for our new song Berlin, which I wrote and produced alongside Eric and Oine. We are beyond excited about this track, and we can’t wait to share it with you—it’s coming very soon.

The experience in Berlin was absolutely unforgettable. I had the chance to meet so many incredible music professionals, connecting with talented artists from all over. The energy in the room was inspiring, and the atmosphere was electric with creativity and passion. It was amazing to see so many people dedicated to their craft, exchanging ideas, and celebrating the power of music.
One of the highlights of the evening was spending time in the Genelec listening room, where I had the pleasure of enjoying incredible music alongside Dolby Germany. They even showcased some of my Dolby Atmos mixes from my albums HOPE and ONE VISION (which I created with Oine). Hearing these tracks played in such an immersive setting was a surreal and deeply gratifying experience. It reinforced the incredible possibilities that immersive audio offers for storytelling through sound.
It was truly an amazing day and night in Berlin, and I’m deeply grateful to have been part of it. A huge thank you to everyone involved in making this event so special! And of course, a special shoutout to Marcel Schechter for capturing these unforgettable moments.
