Day 1 – Immersive Audio, Atmos Conversations & Berlin Vibes
My Berlin trip with Thomas Hauser from Sine Music began with an inspiring visit to Eric Horstmann at the Immersive Lab studios. We dove deep into Dolby Atmos, discussed future projects, exchanged ideas about immersive music production, and explored new creative possibilities together. It’s always energizing to spend time with people who push boundaries and share a passion for high-quality sound.
After our studio session, we took a little time to enjoy Berlin itself. A walk around Alexanderplatz and the TV Tower gave us the perfect mix of city energy and fresh perspective.
A great first day full of creativity, inspiration, and good conversations.
Day 2 – Sony Music, Creative Momentum & Berlin’s Landmarks
Day 2 started with a visit to Sony Music, where we had a productive and inspiring meeting and a look inside their impressive Circle Studios. The exchange of ideas, thoughts on future paths, and insights into workflows made the visit truly worthwhile.
In the afternoon, Thomas and I continued to explore creative concepts, new ideas, and possibilities for future collaborations. We rounded off the day with some classic Berlin sightseeing — including the Brandenburg Gate and the Bundestag — letting the city’s atmosphere spark even more inspiration.
Two days filled with valuable conversations, new perspectives, and creative momentum. Berlin once again proved to be a place where ideas flow naturally.
